I'm Leonard, based in Munich. I build digital systems: custom software, AI-driven automations, and the operational structure around them. Early on I realised a fully externally-defined path felt wrong, so I started building my own instead.
I value freedom and control over short-term comfort. Day to day I combine building, training, school and Japanese into one structured system — small things done consistently and compounded over time. What draws me most is systems, automation and things built to last: less "just a programmer", more someone who builds, runs operations and takes ownership end to end.
